Description

Establish grand design and technological elements of the Hierarchical Vehicle Cloud platform, which flexibly and dynamically integrates data centers, physical / virtual edge servers, and vehicles to provide ICT services not only for drivers but also for non-driver users, meeting their diverse requirements of performance and cost.
